Blair looked very week across the board.Buxton leaving seems to have had an impact.Do we have a shot with any of the kids from either school? I would assume these privileged prep school boys would snub their noses at anything less than Penn State, Iowa, OK St., or Ohio State.

Actually, they tend more to go to Ivies or service academies. Also they tend to go to Lehigh/Northwestern/Stanford.

Losing Buxton was huge, but the trend of prep/private schools recruiting caught up to them. They're not so unique anymore in the sense of getting kids from all-over. That was a great dual though! Loved the energy. Delbarton put up a great production for it.

I like this Cam Sontz from Delbarton. Kid looks real tough. We recruiting him? I did little a homework and see that his father is a Rutgers Law grad. We might have a shoe in with that situation

They go ivy
From what I heard he isn't really that stellar of a student.Apparently, from what my buddy said who knows this Cam Sontz and his dad, he couldn't get into Delbarton because of grades, so his father held him back (and allegedly he was already old for his grade), enrolled him at the Delbarton middle school so he was eligible to go right to the high school. These fathers like to win at all costs I guess. So I am assuming the kid is at least 16 or possibly older as a sophomore.

Delbarton doesn’t keep kids who aren’t good students, no matter how they enrolled

********. stoll and Russo will find a way to get talent enrolled. I won’t mention names but I know of a few couldn’t count to 3. Watch how quick a few drop out of college.

I know Guy Russo very well.Good dude. But to your point,I don't know what the ethics are at this program. From what I heard, there a couple of real dumbbells on some of the athletic teams at Delbarton. My buddy who lives in Fairfield NJ knows this Sontz kids father very well. Apparently the father has absolutely zero loyalty to people and is very sneaky. I guess when you are a lawyer, that is par for the course. I did hear the kid was not a good student.Who knows.

Delbarton’s last three recruiting classes were mostly made up of kids deciding between Delbarton and Blair. As evidenced by the rosters and last night’s result, Delbarton won the majority of those major recruiting battles.

One thing I'll say about Delbarton... They don't bring in transfers like the North Jersey ones do...
