Looks like we got destroyed again(not that it matters). I did not see game at all, and have no interest in the dumpster fire we have become. I am attaching box score. For those that saw it why did Kiyomi only play 19 minutes, went 0-8? Chyna only 15 minutes, 3 points?
To bad we don't have an AD(screw Hobbs also who hired this disaster) that should fire Washington ASAP, since we are solidly in last place in the BIG 10.
I go between sadness, and anger. Oh well.

Michigan freshmen outscored our freshmen 56-7. I wonder if that is some sort of a record. Hard to see any daylight at the end of this tunnel.

In hindsight they should have kept Eatman as Acting HC for the ‘22-‘23 season and done a better HC search after that when there would have been a better pool of candidates. We would be no worse off.

They started well, but we all knew that wouldn't last. I couldn't even finish the first half. This team plays below their talent level, and CW clearly doesn't know how to fix the problems.

That’s the problem it’s going to take so long to get a new AD that all our floundering programs will have another year of mediocrity or worse

Michigan women have a flux of real good freshmen recruits that play and contribute.

Kiyomi had a terrible game.

just watch the last possession of 1st qtr AND the last possession of 2nd qtr. she's gone after this year. maybe she matures and finds a good coach she will listen to. most likely ends up in WNBA but will be headache as long as surrounded by the wrong people. God given talent. people like Sparkle Callahan need to GTFO of her life.

at one point in third qtr she tried some unneeded behind the back dribble in traffic and just lost it out of bounds, it was ridiculous.

Agree get the AD first, then find a WBB HC that can build a strong program

Take names out of this for a second. Player X shot 0-8, had three fouls, and five turnovers in less than 20 minutes and you’re asking why she didn’t play more?

As I said, I did not see the game. Why she didn't play more? Who the heck are you going to put in. The kid from FDU? Brandt?

Assuming coach was trying to send a message that selfish play, awful shots, playing in half court offense with sole purpose of an Instagram clip will not be tolerated.
Watch the first two qtrs.

You guys do realize the parasite running her "Management Team" is a boxing promoter connected to Mayweather back in the day. Typical boxing big mouth.
The girl also on her "team" with the ridiculous name is a nobody with no business experience and most likely a (mental) child herself.

As a Top 20 Ranked High Schooler, She wasn't recruited by the schools in the places she grew up, Maryland and South Carolina. all you need to know.

Yeah which means Washington is here next year because we won’t have a new AD until August at the earliest which means another year down the drain

Through it probably would be best to replace Washington after this season is done I doubt, if a AD is hired before then or the job is still vacant, Coquese will be replaced.
The six-year contract she received when Hobbs hired her ends after 2027-28 season is over and her $4.625 million a year salary will have the RU powers to be feel buying her out is too high a price to pay .
Sad to say, I look for Washington to be the RU WBB HC ( win or lose) until the end of the 2026-27 season because Rutgers will not pay the price to dump her and pay a salary that would entice a quality candidate to run the program

edit, it was pointed out that the salary I put down in this post is wrong, my apologies for that misinformation.
from an old article (Mar 13, 2024)
Salary in 2024 is $750,000 with a buyout of $3,250, 000 in May of 2024

The coach is not making $4.625M per year. Is that a typing error? Did you mean $462,500?

you're right about me making a mistake , no excuse I should have known better before posting what salary she made
I apologize for putting total compensation as yearly salary
>Rutgers Athletics and Washington agreed to a six-year contract from 2022-23 through 2027-28, that guarantees total compensation at $4.625 million with additional performance incentives.<
