I’m going with my last prediction:

PSU: 86
Rutgers: 60

Harper and Bailey combine for 45, we still lose but Pike says we had a great week of practice and are close.

PSU at 2-5 is gojng to be desperation mode

How we handle that on their court , with four frosh….determina if we get a win

I will say it will be a very good sign if we come home with a win, get to 4-4 and the left side of the standings, heading into the garden

A little surprised they're 6.5 point favorites. Thought it would be a little closer given Baldwin isn't 100%

Rutgers is simply a better and more talented team.

The Scarlet Knights proved it in early December, building a big lead but fizzled and escaped with the victory.

No lead-blowing this time. It'll be close at halftime, but RU will have a healthy 8-to-12-point lead for a good portion of the second half.

Rutgers....78
PSU...........67

Wondering if Pike sticks with the same starting five tonight that he has used the last two games (Dylan, Acuff, Bailey, Grant, Sommerville).

In the previous game against PSU, JMike started and did a very good job guarding Ace Baldwin and disrupting their offense (since they run a lot of offense through Baldwin). Not sure I like Acuff trying to guard Baldwin. Dylan can guard him, but prefer not to sap his energy by forcing him to guard Baldwin.

So maybe start JMike in place of Acuff?

RU is getting 6 1/2. ESPN gives us a 25% chance to win. Winning at PSU is arguably not as hard as winning at Nebraska. Let's see if we can continue upward with this Dylan Grant forward lineup.

Start with last game starters with an eye on the Acuff matchup

Shocked at how many people are picking RU to win in this thread. It is hard enough to win any road game in conference. It is that much harder when it requires a season sweep. PSU 79- RU 70. Would love to be wrong! If RU pulls off this win, it is truly a new season.

We are on a two game winning streak. Not surprised at all everyone is picking wins, just like after a two game losing streak or any bad loss everyone will pick losses and even blowouts.

I don’t necessarily believe in this team yet but I will not pick a school that harbors criminals.
