No no, I said that the winery would go out of business if the disc golf course was pulled as a result of his initial actions. I stand by that statement. The public outcry at the time was undeniable in that fact. Bill Green HAD to make sure that course stayed open and even made public apologies and a ‘Truce’ with the disc golf course.

I’m fully aware at how to get people riled up. Bruh, you can interpret ‘Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should’ in however many ways you like. I took it to the extreme yes, you got butthurt about it. That’s a you problem homie👍🏾
Whatever. Keep changing your responses. You’re very good at it.

Have a great night. Don’t piss the bed again!

Not the cherry picked stuff you chose, no. And you know that. You also said “no ranked wins” which is just flat out fake news my man.

Anyway…

Show me the $$$$. What kind of economic force multiplier are they?

What did the coach do for:
- game day attendance.
- student engagement (pep rallys, attendance)
- direct fundraising.
- NIL splash pot
- apparel
- TV ratings
- transfer portal rankings
- recruiting rankings

Unquantifiable (but felt by all) — degree of hype around the program. Is the program going somewhere?

That’s what matters.
No doubt there was definitely a bump. I’m sure apps are up as well. But the hype is gone. I don’t expect any special attention for them from espn going forward. Back to being treated like every other mid of the pack team.
Of course, I can’t wait to tune in to see them play Georgia tech, Delaware, and Wyoming next season.

When did I change the response? You literally pulled up the quote when I said "Gonna be no disc golf course and a winery the town doesn't accept". I laid out the precondition "gonna be no disc golf" and at the time that was 100% what was faced. The winery owner to his credit absolutely backtracked on all his complaints, met with the disc golfers both publicly and privately and worked with them to keep the course open.

here's a nice article about it https://www.70and73.com/news/disc-g...cle_96b73ec2-48ff-11ee-a8e1-9f565efe1382.html

Someone took an L by jumping in here, lol

No you change your response when the argument at hand is lost.

I’m done you keep moving the goal posts to wherever you want them to be. Because you have more arguments in this thread than you know what to do. And looks like you’re losing all of them. Good work!

So the way it works is ESPN goes anywhere and everywhere that they can get a soundbit and content. Prime LOVES soundbits and content, he's knows that's what markets today.

I think you're going to be rudely mistaken at just how little the attention drops off.

Now understand, everything I am saying is exclusively tied to PRIME, it has nothing to do with Colorado in this instance. If/when Prime leaves the attention vanishes. Colorado will have attention next year with Kaidon Salter at QB and as long as prime is coaching

Buddy you literally posted the quote! No goalpost was moved at all! You were just trying to "give me a L" in your words and now that you've failed in that and took one yourself are acting all butthurt.

Thank you for bringing that thread up so I can rub your nose in it that the disc golf course at Stafford Woods that you were whining about is still OPEN AND THRIVING!

No, they go where there are sound bites people want to hear. Smart college fans realize it is what it is. His offseason will be more exciting than the fall. Casual college fans will Have lost interest. Only people left are his fan boys who can’t see it for what it is.

What are you talking about? Only whining on that thread was you whining about a CE conspiracy. I wanted the disc golf to stay open. More open park space the better. You were race baiting in that thread also. Also with your Carpet bagger bull ****. Guy freaking grew up in that town. Only thing I said in that thread you you don’t like was I Didnt think the state would admit they f’d up. You may need to re read it. Because your victory lap only exists on your head.

K, I'm gonna quote the same thing I told Superfan when he made the initial "primetime will crash and burn" thread... That will go down as an ALL TIME bad take

I wanna see this guy, who I have long had on ignore for obvious reasons, and rutgersal in moving the goal post cage match.

Why are you all giving this Penn State troll the attention he craves?

ok I see the confusion. Please go back and read my full quote. I didn't simply say " I don't THINK this is a race issue." I said "I don't THINK it's a race issue, it's a jealousy one". That was was my full quote. I thought I made it clear as day that I in no way was referring to anything racial by answering immediately what I thought it was, Jealousy. Had the statement been "I don't THINK it's a race issue." and that was how the sentence ended I can absolutely understand that interpretation. I see the the confusion in that yes. It was not my intention.

What happened was I fat fingered my phone and forgot to make the edit. Whoops
Happy New Year .

Actual honors or tutor assisted honors? I ask because your odd logic, rambling posts, cowardice in not owning your own message, and childish approach in countering reasonable folks that disagree with you all suggest average intellect at best 😉

You're being way too kind to our new resident race baiter.

Guy started the same **** in a thread a couple of years ago. Came at me and others that have never set foot on the CE board.

Thought it looked familiar. All because of disc golf. Wierd dude.
These trolls often look for ways to have Rutgers fans support them. He knows that "CE board" references here have been used in a negative context.. just as he knows that we have pro-Schiano and anti-Schiano contingents. So, by using those themes he thinks he can gather support for whatever it is he decides to pitch. Fully transparent tactic and rather pathetic.

Well.. there are plenty of people who used to participate who didn't go subscription. And in the old free board days the population there would vary.. when Bush was Prez, plenty of lefties lived there daily to take shots.. when Obama took over they dwindled so as not to have to justify Obama's bonehead moves.. and they claimed then that it became a conservative board.. "right-wing circle-jerk" was their preferred pejorative. I'm sure that pattern continued through Trump and Biden terms and there will be a resurgence of lefty participation on the paid CE board in 2025.

This troll has seen many slightly-political references on the free boards negatively attacked with stuff like "take it to the CE board" so he called for that support here with his CE board reference. Weak sauce. Pathetic.

Guess the author of this article must be a CE board loon.

https://apple.news/Acr0iVp1pSHyWaB61a7ANgQ
The SOURCE for that article is Jason Whitlock…. WOW! Holy Crap man you really don’t realize what a moron you sound like right now do you. Like that might have been the single most out of touch thing you could have posted to cite Whitlock when trying to make the argument you were going for. Next time post up David Duke, it’s basically the same.

I don’t need to make any description whatsoever of Jason Whitlock and the way he thinks. I’ll let Stephen A Smith do the speaking for your ‘Source’ you were excited about.

Yea cause I’m the one who keeps responding to the supposed troll right?

You’re not smart enough to do anything to trigger anyone old fart. Unless you’re just ok with supporting a known grifter towards racists.

Someone’s trying to backtrack…

Ok race baiter
Oh dude I don’t need to bait anything. You cited Jason Whitlock to make your point that something wasn’t about race. Then tried to walk that back once you realized your mistake claiming to be ‘Trolling’ (which we both know is total BS, you just got caught exposing yourself).

It’s all good buddy, you told me everything I would ever need to know about you by citing Jason Whitlock, a man who literally makes his career by being a black man who speaks to racists and tells them what they want to hear. It’s a pure grift and he has been blackballed by all of sports media. There’s a reason he’s on ‘the blaze’ my guy, his audience is pure racists, plain and simple. He speaks to the same audience as Nick Fuentes, Milo Yiannopolos and Laura Loomer…. THAT’S the guy you cited.

Make sure to dust off your best white hood before your meeting tonight

I've changed my mind from being a detractor who claimed he wouldn't succeed to thinking he's an alright guy that might be a little flashy for my taste as a HC but s a good coach and probably care for his players.
What turned me off was how he pushed players off the roster after he took the Buff job.
Thinking about it Deion just did what he had to do in the current college environment that where some the players make the game into a business opportunity and nothing prevents players from leaving .
The game has changed and coaches can't count on players staying all four years because it's so easy to leave. So fans can't expect coaches to keep the players that aren't doing the job expected from them and fans shouldn't expect them to, like I did when Sanders trimmed the roster of players he felt couldn't help him win

Yeah, he didn't lie to the players, he told them exactly what to expect. All coaches do the same thing, he was just vocal about it
