Football INSTANT RECAP: Wisconsin rolls past Rutgers Football 42-7

[Mr. Magoo1]

Our receivers all took Wisky with the points

[malaka27]

If we could catch the ball in the second half that would be nice

[RUeric]

Give me Dremel, Duff, and Black.

[kupuna133]

All 3 of those balls should have been caught.

[AntiG]

Terrible hands today

[LotusAggressor_rivals]

A bunch of Roberto Durans at WR. Hands of Stone.

[rucoe89]

Our receivers are awful. Zero consistency. WTF is Brock doing with them. Does he teach them anything? We are paying what for this garbage coaching?

[RUfromNJ]

Chris long is the worst reciever I've ever seen.

That should be it for him. Let Dremel play.

[Rokodesh]

Fletcher Drop
Fletcher Drop
Long Drop

GREAT OFFENSE

[AntiG]

Our receivers all took Wisky with the points

Or took some shots of whisky before the game

[rurichdog]

Fletcher is done. Get him out of here. He can drop the ball for Middlesex.

[dconifer0]

I ain't heard no fat lady singing yet...

[mtm183]

I've never seen a worse performance by pass catchers in a half of football

[ClassOf02v.2]

Need to see more of Miller in the 2nd half, along with Dremel, Duff & Black.

[Lerxst72]

Have a good afternoon, everyone. I'm out. This is a waste of a beautiful Saturday.
I hope I check scores later and am pleasantly surprised to see RU completely turned it around... but I won't hold my breath.

[noble106]

Remember when everyone said not to worry after our Nebraska loss and that anyone critiquing the team was just a "doomer"?

Pepperidge Farm remembers.

[mildone_rivals]

That sounded like helmet to helmet contact.

[rutgersguy1_rivals]

There you go another shot for points after the TO.

[rurichdog]

There you go another shot for points after the TO.

Just kneel it out

[Rokodesh]

I ain't heard no fat lady singing yet...

She holds a tune about as well as Chris Long holds a football

[ScarletDog]

Jablome bringing some violence. Finally!

[rutgersguy1_rivals]

That sounded like helmet to helmet contact.

Not on the replay, clean hit

[mildone_rivals]

Pad to helmet maybe, not helmet to helmet.

[ashokan]

Ja-boomy

[rucoe89]

At least our defense is capable of making adjustments. Credit to Harisymiak for that.

[mdk02]

3 strait drops but people but people will blame AK and point to his completion %

[RUfromNJ]

How many points will we get out of this?

[ClassOf02v.2]

That Wisconsin receiver should NOT be lowering his head like that.

[mildone_rivals]

That WR needs to stop ducking into the hit that way. Gonna wind up getting badly hurt.

[BossNJ]

Just kneel it out

That’s Greggie ball. Play not to lose

[mildone_rivals]

Good decision to throw that away.

[93RUDoc]

Defense will have to win the game for us

[BossNJ]

That’s it, throw it to a real receiver

[mildone_rivals]

Go with miller and Dremel.

[AntiG]

Hey hey hey 2 catches in a row

[rurichdog]

That’s Greggie ball. Play not to lose

Despite the scoreboard, we never lose when we play Schianoball.

[rutgersguy1_rivals]

Tack on a FG at least

[ashokan]

Defense will have to win the game for us

That's actually part of Schiano's Miami philosophy.
Of course he had Ed Reed back then

[mildone_rivals]

That play ain’t there. Tight double coverage every time.

[kupuna133]

It’s like the plays are designed not to get first downs or touch downs.
