So in one game the refs can get it wrong…but in the other game the refs are always right.

Pay attention. The defender did the same thing in both. They got it right with Cliff, wrong with Dickinson. Contact happens. Contact above the shoulder is not automatically a flagrant. Hopefully you will eventually learn this, and learn the game.

That happens in the paint. You can quote the rules all you want, but you have to know how to apply the rules to the actual game being played.
