1. For those of you who still haven't received the email, the subject line is "Matt sent you tickets for Deborah Heart and Lung Center Jersey Jam"

2. @AreYouNUTS has put together a pre-game party in Hamilton, a 10 minute drive from the arena. 3-6pm

Same. When I heard everybody was getting their tickets, I checked my RU account and saw nothing but my season tickets. Called ticket office and was told to watch for an email that would tell me how to link to my ticketmaster account... yada yada yada. That was two days ago. Still nada.

Do you have a Ticketmaster account? That's where the tickets are, not in your RU account. If you don't have one, just make one with the email you use for RU & the tickets will be there. That's what I did.

See my post above as to who the email about the tickets comes from

Anyone know if we can pay for parking on arrival or do we have to buy ahead of time?
My kids always have cheer events at this place and they are cash lots. Not sure how bball will work

Just got my email and tickets. Email sent from Ticketmaster with subject line :

Rutgers Athletics sent you ticket(s) for Deborah Heart and Lung Center Jersey Jam

As Mrs Screw said, you’ll need a Ticketmaster account to accept. Then download to your Wallet.

Did anyone claim the Mississippi state tickets at the same time they claimed Princeton tickets? It seems like my card got charged for both purchases

I was charged for both games, but the email to claim tickets was only for the Jersey Jam (Princeton). I guess they'll send a separate email for Miss St.?

Still no email but card was charged. I have a TM acct and it’s the same email as RU acct.

Need to call ticket office tomorrow this is bullsh!t
