Top game is Michigan at Nebraska, .
take your pick of MSU at Iowa or PSU at NW. for second game ..
Indiana at Maryland and Illinois at Purdue...are nice match ups..

My guess is FS1 3:30 slot...

Definitely not an expert but I do follow this stuff. Game time will be announced Monday the 18th. Nearly impossible to accurately predict a time- too many moving parts with the Big Ten, Big 12 and Pac 12.
Only 1 Big Ten game has a kick off time set for that day so far- UL-Lafayette and Minnesota at noon eastern.
