Ive always done 2 or 3 tix on my phone

Not everyone wants to bring their phone in

Never had a problem, always went in with 2 on my phone. Like many RU gameday policies, it's there to cover their asses but likely won't be enforced.

I guess they want us to pass the phone down the line as each member of a group goes in.

It’s probably always said that but not enforced like a lot of rules they put in place just in case. A similar example is no drinking on the beach
