Worked at St Peter’s hospital while attending RU. We had a frequent flyer that we had to take to the loading dock to weigh. She was so large we had to order a special bed to accommodate.

They now make special equipment for bariatric patients. Look at kids today this problem is increasing…alarmingly.

Seems to me that the top kids are in better shape than ever but the bottom have declined just as much, with obesity being a major problem. Kids in the middle have also slipped because staring at a screen has replaced physical activity.
