First time in the tourney, playing the #1 team in the world and losing only 3-0? I'm sure that they're pleased with their game. Especially after that 13-0 fiasco the US team pulled on Thailand last WC.

Fox has been running preview shows of the WC all week.

Well, Mexico wins, 1-0, but it was on a great goal by this young kid Gimenez in the 89th minute. But more importantly, it was very cool to watch the post-game in the studio, as it was Carli Lloyd and Alexi Lalas with Rob Stone. Two RU greats representing - how cool is that? Although whoever dressed Carli should be fired, lol.

They were doing coverage of the last US Gold Cup game and then did a preview show for the WC right after that game. My only point was that that was the first time they were together doing coverage/analysis on Fox. Good thread, though.
