Any Other Optimum Customers Not Getting BTN

Well, since I tried to avoid the expected humor by pointing out I'm getting every other station I guess so....unless you need a special plug for BTN. I admit I never thought of that.

Try channel 82 and channel 38 or 39 - see if either of those are blacked out or pixelating. Some times we will lose a few channels and those along with BTN are in the group.

Have you tried YouTubeTV? We like it a lot better than Optimum and Verizon.

Have you tried YouTubeTV? We like it a lot better than Optimum and Verizon.

I switched to it a month ago. Turned off my Xfinity Triple Play when I was on vacation and restarted internet service when I came home as a new customer for much cheaper pricing. Only thing I do not like about youtubetv is they don't have the Yes channel.
