Among many including dinner tasting better and people laughing at your jokes (thanks @zappaa ) is that I can now watch iowa and Indiana tonight and truly enjoy the game. Another observation is I am always amazed how great the players and coaches in this league are and really appreciate what we have thanks to Pike and team.

I know who you are, and I know how much of a passionate fan you are!!
So when I see in the game thread you throw a WTF are we doing out, or criticize a player for a bad shot selection…I forgive you!😊

And like many say:
You can watch other B1G basketball games and the B1G show to boot.
I watch neither when we lose
Win or lose, I'm watching every second of Rutgers football and men's basketball. But it is funny how when we're doing well, I find myself paying MUCH closer attention to what the rest of the league is doing. When we were 8-4 in conference, I was literally watching every B1G game on TV. When we were 9-8, you couldn't pay me to invest time in one of those other games. It is a funny dynamic of human nature isn't it?

Same with Football. Unfortunately I have had to stop watching the BIG show in October in for many of the last 8-9 seasons. A couple of more wins next year and I’m all over it again.

The key for me is our ongoing competitiveness and our playing in meaningful games. When your team is "in play," you tune in vs tuning out when your team is not competitive and is playing meaningless games other than a spoiler role. Under these competitive and meaningful conditions, I do watch BTN per their coverage of RU AND assess the state of those teams we'll be playing in the week ahead.
