My house. Just started prepping them.
Prepped a batch yesterday, marinated for 24 hours. Celery salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, Frank's Hot Sauce. Slow roasted in oven on non-stick baking pan, turning a few times til super crispy. Then they're mixed in a bowl with more Frank's and melted butter. Served with celery sticks, cuke sticks, carrot sticks, and sharp blue cheese dressing. With crunchy chewy eyetalian bread. And cold beer.

My approach is similar, except they're dry-rubbed and fried. I like a fried wing. Don't dislike the roasted ones, just prefer them fried.

Sounds yummy, though.

Again, thumbs down on Marley’s. I do think Tommy’s Tavern has good wings, wood-fired and sauce on the side. Plus, multiple locations and good atmosphere.

I've had wings at 100s of places in NJ. Some have come and gone. The only one that is worth driving to is Jimmy Geez Bar in Haledon, NJ.

You have to get their "BB" sauce though. It's a great small sports bar.

Marley's suck. So much breading.

Jack's Goal Line in LB. Court Jester in Matawan or Freehold. I'll think of some more.
Court jester has solid wings. Also nearby in Englishtown Mainbrook Tavern has some sneaky good wings.

also to update: Super Bowl Sunday I tried ordering from The Station in Garwood, which was too late as they had already sold out of wings (my mistake, next year I'll plan ahead) so I audibled and got wings from Oh'Brians on the Green ..... surprisingly pretty good!
