We would have had 2 real homes at the RAC and a much better chance to go 2 and 0. That would have really helped before we go on the road where we'll be underdogs.

agree, we gave up an enormous rocking rac environment which would be our 2nd straight home game and it turns out we really really need that game as a win to keep our position in the top 4.
It was always stupid. However, this is totally winnable. Can’t play like garbage like the first game and today.
We will still have an enormous crowd advantage. It won’t even be close. Just go out and WIN. Period.

Home advantage in a pro arena pales compared to the Rac and we need every win. Like I said, risk/ reward sucks.

I don;t think Rutgers is a very good shooting team at MSG which is a big arena.
Absolutely not the same. Unfamiliarity, different site lines. Some of our kids haven't played there. Could say the same for MSU, but they got a true home game. We lose ours. To those saying the crowd will be the difference, it will help but not the same as playing home.
Oh please, we got jobbed at MSG against Michigan a few years ago.

I’m talking about the actual amount of fans in the building and if you don’t think that matters, at MSG, then you’ve never been to a college basketball game there before (but I’m sure you have and completely understand). It matters.

We played Michigan okay and took Wisconsin to OT when they were good and we were not. We will be okay.

Yea, it is frustrating having to play MSU at the Garden, considering we have had two 20+ point victories in a row over them at home.
But it is not like we need this to stay on the bubble like last year.

If Rutgers can't win on a neutral court within a short distance of the campus, they should just sit out the NCAA tournament. Why spend money sending the team to some arena where they will only be disadvantaged? Winners find a way to win.
How strange is a rim? They are 10ft off the floor and the standard diameter. If you are consistent enough to hit nothing but net, the rims don't even come into play.
The players want to play at MSG, the coaches want to play at MSG, the administration wants us to play at MSG. All the complainers should just stay at home.
