Basketball GAMEDAY: Rutgers welcomes Penn State to town on Tuesday night

[RutgersClassof2004]

Mag coming up big for a dead team.

Ah, not really. Cliff kicking ***. Awesome to see Mag making serious impact.

[bac2therac]

Absolutely dominating the box score except for 3 pt shooting and both teams are horrible

Pickett being held in check

Cam cold as ice

[RUTrack94]

Automatic 3 pointer by PSU at the buzzer?

Not today (first half at least)!!!!!
Nice lead.
PSU averages like 6’1” … keep going inside.

[bac2therac]

Red Panda!

[shields]

like mag guarding funk.

[anon_0k9zlfz6lz9oy]

Hope psu stays ice cold. And man is simpsok out of control. Just awful shot selection. Theyre not even close

[RutgersClassof2004]

Cam can't be arctic cold forever. Just needs to hit a couple to turn around. Rest of team, particularly Cliff, doing damage.

[rob kight]

Should be 15 point lead if you eliminate the Hyatt and McConnell one on one plays. Would love to see Cam break through in 2nd half

[RU Mike73]

We are much the better team. Put these guys away early. Go RU!

[fatsam98]

Red Panda!!!

[FrankZ_RU93]

Stay with paint and this game should be ours. Hoist 3s we don’t make, and this will be tight.

[mikeyoc]

Absolutely dominating the box score except for 3 pt shooting and both teams are horrible

Pickett being held in check

Cam cold as ice

Though he does have 6 rebounds

[koleszar]

Should have said, "offensively dead team". Which it was if not for Mag at that time.

[shields]

Cam make some shots.

[zebnatto]

Gonna need Cam, imo.

Word!!

With Cam not shooting well, Paul and Caleb need to do more, especially Paul in the 2 man game with Cliff, who they have to respect now. Could lead to some dunks if they overplay Paul on those penetrations - or since they have to respect that, they won't double Paul as much and he ought to be able to get more baskets inside.

[bac2therac]

Fan noise just okay....likely due to no flow of game

[Corycord1]

Hope psu stays ice cold. And man is simpsok out of control. Just awful shot selection. Theyre not even close

Simpson oozes potential, he’s just not ready to be that guy yet.

He and hyatt are liabilities..they both should be stopped from shooting

[bac2therac]

Elite level defense

[rob kight]

Another game where we go into Cliff early with success and then forget it.

[DHajekRC84]

Simpson oozes potential, he’s just not ready to be that guy yet.

When he plays team and opportunity..

[FrankZ_RU93]

Perilously close to a 5 man rotation, but I liked the Wolf minutes

[RUNYC13]

Very happy with the response to the PSU 5-0 run.

No reibs

This is a gam I would love to see cliff and Wolf together Fouls permitting.

[bac2therac]

If you told me Cam had goose egg and we were up 8 I would say you were nuts

[FireBugOBJC]

Crowd seems pretty weak

[FrankZ_RU93]

No reibs

Just not his year. Summoning the last year version if you’re still out there.

[runner1954]

Worst passing team ever

Simpson oozes potential, he’s just not ready to be that guy yet.

He has to be kept under control. Loose cannon out there on numerous occasions

[RuBird]

Spencer may be missing his shots but still a team player. Has six boards. Shots will start to fall.

[zappaa]

You can argue Miller should get some of Simpson’s minutes if it’s just for a breather

[FIJI'83]

No points from Cam. Hyatt is not contributing. For a team already offensively challenged those are a lot of points to make up for. Keep feeding Cliff. But key to winning is for Paul and Mag to keep scoring to the extent possible. And play lockdown D. Fans need Togo mental.

Yeah me too. At least for like 1:30

[djrc89]

They’re gonna hit some shots. Be ready to counter

[FrankZ_RU93]

Agreed. For the D alone

[FrankZ_RU93]

Clanging rims like bad

[koleszar]

Why Cam with that high degree of difficulty.

[bac2therac]

Caleb dumb foul
