HS recruits are fine but if we don’t bring in RTP transfers it doesn’t matter, in this day and age you have to build your team every year. Recruiting only HS kids for 2 to 3 down the line is unrealistic. If we don’t win kids will transfer, if we don’t win and players show out teams will come calling. If teams aren’t coming after your players, that is a sign on the level of talent we have in the program. You have to win and be in touch with these Social Media kids., everything else is foreign to them. It would be like bring these kids into a room full of analog clocks and asking them the time
