It's not so much about a competitive game as about name recognition. Purdue is carrying that game for decision-makers of ESPN.

Love Crispin. Does he talk a bit too much at times? Sure. But I've met him, great guy. Part of the famous Crispin duo that put on a show at Pitman High in South Jersey for their 3-point range. Absolute ballers. Joe's a good guy, too, but Jon has the bigger personality. Spoke to him during the Corey Sanders days... he absolutely LOVED Corey, Pike and co. Was really high on us back then when he was with BTN. Sure he will talk a LOT about Miami tonight... it's an ESPN broadcast, it's the ACC. I get it. But his heart will be with RU all the way. No way he doesn't want us winning this game, haha. Jersey pride.
