As one who also fell hard on my shoulder recently, minor rotor cuff tear, let me tell you this is possible

More and more seeming foolhardy to have had Paul out there after initial injury.

He had one on after his initial injury and it didn't seem to help. The contact that reinjured it was pretty minor

If you watched Paul closely it seemed he rarely lifted that arm up. It wasn't till late in game that I noticed he did it even briefly. I think we are lucky if he's able to play by Miami.
