Ticket APP Issues??!!

[AreYouNUTS]

System is currently down. Anyone else having trouble? Hopefully it gets fixed in the next 4 1/2 hours

[mynameisdick]

Anyone else’s tickets disappear? I got email reminding me to download but it looks like the site crashed.

[AreYouNUTS]

Yup just started a thread 2 minutes ago! Grrrr

[JudgeSmails56]

Yup I’m trying to do it too and can’t get in.

[JudgeSmails56]

Rutgers ***** up again. Why is everything a hassle?

[RU-AGK]

Same issues here.

[RUBlackout]

Same here and this sucks bc we are en route to go to the lots

[MGSA99]

It's Wagner. They should just give everybody the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah agree with this!

Incompetence is a trademark of the athletic department administration

[JudgeSmails56]

We only have like 20k season tickets. They can’t handle that volume?? Embarrassing

[nutfromSEC117]

*** I signed onto home WiFi and tickets downloaded easy !!!

Would not download after many attempts so I tried to download tickets while on my home WiFi. Like magic it worked in seconds. Downloaded to wallet app just as easy

[Plum Street]

I am on WiFi at home right now . Not working

[RUBlackout]

Not working on My home wifi

[RULoyal]

Maybe it's just me but I downloaded my tickets when they were first available. Why would anyone wait until game day?

[IMARUFAN]

I bought paper tickets.

They appear to be still working. Imagine that.

lol this administration is the furthest thing from “incompetent.” This is a SITE issue, not a “Rutgers” issue, anyway.

Well it’s the Rutgers app so Rutgers gets the blame. Until they figure their **** out just send paper tickets. I never had problems with those.

Pretty sure you can still get paper tix.

Evenue’s server is down completely for all schools that use their ticketing services.

Evenue’s server is down completely for all schools that use their ticketing services.

Well that’s great

You are joking ,right?

[fatsam98]

It's not just the app, logging in through scarletknights.com doesn't work either

[Plum Street]

Lol

[RutgersNo1]

Evenue’s server is down. Check Twitter. All the schools are having issues.

This

The rush to everything on a phone or card is absurd

[Plum Street]

Evenue’s server is down. Check Twitter. All the schools are having issues.

They must have weekends off

[jerzey devil]

Maybe it's just me but I downloaded my tickets when they were first available. Why would anyone wait until game day?

Lol... Now why would you go and do a smart thing like that???

[AreYouNUTS]

Evenue’s server is down. Check Twitter. All the schools are having issues.

And there you have it!

[fatsam98]

Quick search of Twitter shows same issue at Arkansas and Miami just to name two.

[AreYouNUTS]

You are joking ,right?

Joking? No. Not at all (AND correct)!

[Terry_2426]

Lol at clueless people blaming Rutgers for this

[rsutton86]

You can go to the ticket window and get tickets but my main issue is the parking pass.

[ScarletSince86]

They need to go to the trust factor today on the parking passes and gate tickets if so. It's not like we're going to have too many people at the Wagner game.

[mynameisdick]

Ticket office saying it will be resolved in 20 minutes. If for some reason it doesn’t, go to will call in north end zone. Good luck.

Yeah, looks like total chaos at Arkansas with people waiting in line at their ticket office

[MTOleBlue]

It’s literally not RU’s fault lol

[ScarletSince86]

It’s literally not RU’s fault lol

Agree it’s not Rutgers fault. How they handle it is owned by them. If it’s an efficient and competent process, nobody will care. Someone’s job is to have a binder titled “event app goes down on game day”. That binder is probably filled with take out menus and receipts for door dash.

[T2Kplus20]

It’s literally not RU’s fault lol

RU's fault for choosing such an unreliable company!

[Tango Two]

lol
