I don't mind trick plays or risky decisions but there has to be some observation of game flow and what's happening at the time.

He's just grabbed all the momentum why risk giving it back like that and putting your defense which hasn't been playing all that great in a bad spot on a failure. The way the game has been playing out, you'd be less likely to score off a recovery than give up a score on a failure. Very bad risk reward assessment imo seeing how the game is going.

Nebraska burned again. Are both teams good or both teams bad? They're moving the ball well but that could mean either their offenses are machines or their defenses are bad. Since both teams were bad last year I think it's up in the air.

That's a horrible off sides call. Fritz has every right to blowup at the refs. Reminds me of the time we got called for one and nobody on our side of the ball moved even after the whistle.

If Nebraska loses the game the Onsides kick will infuriate HuskerNation. Pretty easy to put that decision on the HC.

Hilinski from NW is a strong and accurate passer.

Up 31-28 another TD from NW would be big. Yes I’m rooting against Nebraska. They should be in the Big12.

Getting burned a lot for big yards is usually not a sign of a great defense, we know this ourselves, and Nebraska has been burned a lot. And I'm not sure it's because Northwestern is such a red hot offense.

Nebraska about to rollover… If NW gets ANY points this drive it’s over. Nebraska will panic the next drive and do something stupid.

Fitz took the air out of the ball early imo. No timeouts and 2:12 left. Great punt by NW.

Gut check time for Frost and Whipple.

I don't know 27 of 38 for 312 yds. 2 TDs/ 0 int. I'd trust my QB a little more to get me just one more 1st down.
