#24 overall in the '24 class per Rivals. I don't remember ever getting so many high profile visits than we've got in the last year.
I think FHJ had some really solid ones early on, but this is certainly impressive
First time I’m seeing a branded golf cart specific for recruiting visits.
Anyone else get the "potentially sensitive content" warning on the pics of him wearing the uniform?
Who are the top Class of '25 targets?
HC Pike is bringing in a lot of players who are potentially only around for 1 or 2 years.
If he starts landing these guys, going to need to start reloading the roster every year.
Note - NBA teams are already scouting class of '25 kids for the 2026 NBA draft.
Good question, I mean some of these recruits are ranked 100ish (Kante, Gertrude, Norman)…I’m guessing some of them will explode, and are obviously great players to have on the team, but I can’t imagine they all are going straight to the NBA. But who knows…if we do start landing multiple top 25 kids per class it seems like a good problem to worry about.
This is a non issue.
If Pike starts pulling recruits that are only around for 1-2 years the reload will naturally happen each year.
Few schools have been able to position themselves as a 1-2 years and done program.
That’s what the big boys do. It’s a nice problem to have.
It’s still a bit early to do that stuff for a school like Rutgers I’d say. It’s easy to tell the top guys of that class, Cam Boozer and Cooper Flagg, will still be up there as the best players in the class when they’re seniors, but Rutgers aren’t getting them. But the more top 100ish guys rutgers looks like they are primed to get legitimately may not even get many minutes on their high school team rn.
I mean, seriously? You were concerned about this enough to post it on a message board?

What are the top 100 freshmen high school bball players (as we need to start recruiting them because the cupboard will be bare at that time because we recruited at such a high level that everybody left early)?

Shack, Excluding Griffiths and including Pierce, at even money, would your bet that we get that we get two or more of the five. Genuine question, don’t know much about recruiting 2022+.
We’re Rutgers fans…we’re nervous, we’re scarred, jaded, apprehensive, and just kind of…getting used to this whole winning and success thing. My spidey sense says that’s the place where this question comes from, although NickRU can answer from himself.
I find it a bit much to attack the guy over it.

Pretty sure our top priority targets are Tyler Betsey and Dylan Harper for 24, not sure how many scholarships we will have available but I'm sure they will fill up quickly landing those two.

I've always read it in reverse. Tyler Betsey wants to stay closer to home with either Rutgers or UConn. Play with Gavin and Dylan. Dylan is considering his options but still favors Rutgers.
He reacted to both RHJ and Gavin.
In Dylan's Duke post, Tyler wrote "Yk how I feel (with a home emoji)."
Dylan isn't considering UConn so I'm to infer Rutgers.
