As a college hoops junkie, hearing this news simply breaks my heart.
His lifestory included experiencing homelessness as a child before being adopted. He received his degree while majoring in educational history at Purdue.

Sh*t! I know we all have to go at some point, but it's a real gut punch to open up a forum page and see these young people leaving here so soon.
Be at peace, young Caleb.His weight swelled up during the pandemic. He was 300+ pounds in high school and his dad was reported to be close to 500 pounds when he died at age 50.
EDIT: I just saw someone post a recent music video where he was looking slim again. All those drastic weight changes must have been hard on his body.
Interesting to read all the expert internet autopsies on this tragic news. Just terrible news to go along with the NFL happenings of the last few days as well.

This poor guy had a life long fight with obesity. It was a problem in college and it was a problem afterwards. Very sad.
Just a very sad story. Some people are able to overcome the problems they experience early in life while some cannot. It must be difficult for a young boy to experience real hunger and then exercise self control when there is plenty to eat. The mind must play tricks on the body so that it eats more now for the hungry days to come. So tragic that it ultimately killed him at 25.

Do you mean because he was overweight? There are lots and lots or overweight people who do not die at such a young age.
