Weird list to make now - considering the off season isn't over.
Just entering the portal doesn't mean you transfer - see Kofi Cockburn last year entering the portal but then returning to Illinois.

Also they are clearly leaving out NBA draft declarations.

If the point is that these teams haven't lost any underclassmen - that's clearly wrong since we have 3 underclassmen declared for the draft.
