If Dayton was that close, then it shows how bad losses don’t matter too much. Pike wins again
Committee seemed super inconsistent with these seed lines and last four in/out orders.
In fairness..they had 3 quality wins..beatin uf, aub and arky should get them in
The seeding isn't relevant or a true ranking.....it's designed to create matchups once you get past the 7 seed range.

Thats not true
So Richmond basically knocked out A10 rival Dayton, plus moved Indiana into play-in vs Wyoming.
So if Davidson won, we'd have played Wyoming in the first four? Interesting, think I would have rather had that.

ND beat a 2 seed (home), 8 seed (home) and 10 seed (away)
so it’s not based on the way they viewed their wins. Weird.

Respectfully, would not the comparison be aTm vs. Dayton since Dayton was ahead of them apparently and was bumped by Richmond.

the head to head win should have sealed this one. IMO the conference tourneys have very little impact on the tourney selections.
unless of course you have the AD of NC on the selection committee and his thumb is on the bracket
there is no explanation, the Kentucky win looks great but A&M beat Auburn, my take is conference tourney performance means little...body of work, A&M was far back and by the time they caught the committee was still sleeping on them.
THey had an 8 game losing streak going from 14-2 to 14-10 but that is not supposed to matter
that being said as RU fans we should be happy...Notre Dame a much better matchup than the Aggies
I think the conference tournaments used to have more. But definitely in recent years very little impact

I think that’s the issue. I feel for Texas A&M. But I wonder if Conference Tourneys even necessary. I think better teams rather rest frankly. Always exceptions like Iowa I suppose
