We play Wednesday night 915, win and play at 415 on Friday in San Diego. Then Sunday. But it is a physical challenge with the travel.

Thought you were talking trying to attend all of the RU games - will certainly be a challenge, logistically, lol. No direct flights from anywhere near Dayton to SD or even LA, based on a cursory check; might have to drive back home or try out of Chicago, lol.

Indy probably best but would involve a couple of longer drives

Yes, I see some now, too, from Indy - swear I didn't see any earlier...
Could have been cancellations by Xavier or OSU fans who booked to be safe. Hopefully one of those works and you can get to both games!

Bilas predicted RU to get by ND & Alabama… I will watch game in Dayton here in NJ, but flying out to SD Thurs AM from Phily (regardless, as mentioned in other post going to games there anyway) Originally had ticket from EWR until they changed my 9AM flight to 6:50 AM. Probably just as well, since EWR flights will have a bunch of Seton Hall fans..So here is a suggestion for people wanting to fly out west from Dayton.. Why not try flights to Vegas. Weeknights are cheap, fly out thurs AM, stay anywhere on strip as its right by airport then take early SW hop to SD Friday AM…( I am kind of doing reverse. Have early & late SW flights to Vegas reserved on points next Sunday, depending if RU playing Sunday. Staying in Vegas Sunday night regardless…

Archie Miller picks the winner of the RU/ND game to beat Alabama. He takes Rutgers over ND and then over Alabama even with the travel. Claims RU will be a team on steroids and Alabama will be wondering till the game is over who they will play.

I see the big issue being RU has little time to prepare if they are fortunate enough to beat bama. I don’t see traveling West and playing on a full days rest being that big of a deal tbh. More on prep versus fatigue.

Makes sense but can do film study on plane. Charter to SD I hope.

Probably chartered Wednesday night from Dayton to SD Arrive 2am Thursday, sleep in late chance to practice Thursday afternoon and rest up for Friday. Not ideal but guys will be on adrenaline. If we win Friday , it evens out for Sunday game.
Seems like the right approach, leave Dayton directly to SD. I hope that’s the plan
