When has Fran had a top 10 pick? This team is more athletic. I usually pick Iowa to exit early. Past years not relevant unless you think Fran just isn't a good coach
It's funny because early on no one knew why the metrics had Iowa so high and then you see performances like this and you understand it. When you have Murray a top 10 guy he can carry them for a game or two also.

Iowa has a elite offense which is difficult to defend because they have scorers at every posittion. They wear out opponents with a baarrage of 3 pointers and dribble drives to the basket. A bad offensive game is when they only score 75 points. They have already scored 83 points against Northwestern with 13 minutes remaining in the game.

Iowa is getting so many open 3-point shots with a tired Northwestern.

Rutgers will have fresh legs and needs to play a great trapping zone to make Iowa uncomfortable.

Rutgers will Press after scoring to tire Iowa player legs.

My opinion is:
-I don’t like Fran, at all
-He’s a good coach who gets a ton out of his players
-It can’t be considered a fluke that he’s never made a Sweet 16, even as an assistant - he’s been coaching for 40 years including 25 at ND and Iowa
