Three straight seasons with 10 or more league wins.I doubt that happened in the BIg East when Rutgers was a member.
We have had only 2 0.500 records, 9-9 under Bannon & 8-8 under Waters, since Bob Wenzel and the A10, never a winning mark in conference.
I thought we were 9-7 in the Big East one year. Regardless, pretty pathetic conference history.
Just shows you what a quality coach we have right now to go 11-9, 10-10, 11-8 with one to play. Even 2018-19, we were a couple of possessions away from 10-10, 11-9 that year, 5 PT loss @ Wisc, OT 5 PT loss @ Illinois, Weiskamp prayer at home 69-71, Home loss to PSU 65-66.

Not that we want it, but I’d say we officially clinched an NIT bid as well since we can finish no worse than 17-14. Clearly that would be a huge disappointment but the ironic significance is that a loss on senior night would almost assure the seniors would play at least one more game inside the RAC.
But I thought Pike was gonna be fired this year?
It’s fortunate only that the game in the BTT won’t be our last game this year. Hope no more games at the RAC this year after PSU Game
