Rutgers Scarlet Knights
Rutgers has now played its way right up to the cut line, and you'll be seeing this meteoric bunch on many "first four out" and possibly even "last four in" lists. The 70-59 win over Illinois at Jersey Mike's Arena stood out because it felt so unsurprising. This is a Scarlet Knights team that had already recorded home wins against Purdue, Ohio State, Michigan State, Iowa and Michigan -- plus a seismic road victory versus Wisconsin just for variety. The Knights are 10-5 in the Big Ten and playing for a bid as they prepare for road dates with Purdue and Michigan. (updated Feb. 16)

These dopes continue to play catsup

Rutgers is well above last 4 in line
Brad wachtel is pretty accurate and he finally has us last 4 in. You and I may disagree but hes alot better at this stuff than us. He knows what the committee looks at

When Palm’s new bracket comes out with Florida still in it and Rutgers remaining on his fringe, I’ll just laugh.

Did you see he found a new arbitrary metric to pick at - our losing record vs. Q2 and Q3?

Yes its a total new one. He will have to bounce SMU out but he already has Wake and UNC out

Did Palm get rejected by Rutgers? Literally finds dumb things to knock Rutgers for while not looking at all the positive stuff that makes Rutgers in as of right now.

His dumb crusade 2 years ago was the start of it.

if the season ended today we'd be no worse than a 10 and probably a 9... these guys are clueless.

He is very good but he is no better than me and like the other bracketologists playing catsup somewhat
Statistically hes almost always top 10 most accurate of 700+. One more win i believes gets us to dayton, 2 more gets us a 10 seed and i hope seton hall first round

Luv to get at least 2 more.....tough games ahead. And I don't count the PSU game at home as an automatic, this league is a bear. To be back in the hunt with the performance the last 4 games is really fun for us fans. I had them best case in NIT, so the crow is getting full on the plate. Going to enjoy this. Lafayette is the one people talk about....but that dam Minny game.....irks me to death.
