The power at the RAC/JMA is becoming more well known. A woman at a vendor that I work with is an OSU grad (born and raised in the Cincinnati area) and we were ribbing each other a bit leading up to the game. We had a meeting this morning and she gave RU props and said she hadn't realized how good of a home court the RAC is (and now does). Sometimes it takes beating enough of these teams enough times for it to settle in.

On a side note, she toured at RU and almost went to college here. She ultimately got into OSU, which was her dream school. It was cool to hear how Rutgers can be a desirable school to attend out in the heart of B1G country.

Ask Jim Calhoun and Ben Howland about the RAC.

Reminds me of the lyrics in one of my favorite songs by one of my favorite rappers:

"...It's a warning.
As usual, some cats won't heed it.
The hard-headed always gotta feel it to believe it.
It's a shame.
The jealous gaze is too short to see it.
But, when their face hits the cement, they nod in agreement..."

---Mos Def (from the song "Oh No", featuring Pharoah Monch and Nate Dogg)

Plenty of faces hitting the cement these days at The RAC.
