The jackasses in our section stayed too long and the father in front of us started yapping at my daughter and swearing at her. They tried to interject themselves in our conversation.

Mind your own damn business. You lost...shut up....

It was sweet that the MSU fans never got to applaud the entire game since they never took the lead and got blown out.

Way too many season ticket holders selling their tickets. I get it's a free market, but I still hate to see it.

Have you ever bought an opposing fan's tickets for an away game? I have.

While I don't typically sell to opposing fans, I don't absolutely refuse to, and I have given up my Wisconsin tickets to the son of my wife's best friend. Want to send him home sad and having had a great time otherwise.

Were probably 1,000-1,500 of them, super quiet not surprisingly given how the game went.

1500 is nearly 20% of the RAC. 1 out of 5 was an MSU fan?!? Unless the upper levels was heavily green there is no way that figure is remotely close
Certainly did not look like that on TV and when they made their run no one made a peep about Sparty nation in the house

There were a lot in the 200s as well, just pretty quiet. This was evident when we were rolling and I looked around and saw who was standing up cheering and who wasn’t.

Not 20% but I would say 10-15% and around 1K.

This was about right — I’d say 800 or so. They could be heard once in a while but we kept shutting the door on a comeback and they were quiet. Never had any problems with MSU folks. Quite the opposite, most are pretty cool and just want to root for their team.

Never heard a peep out of them. I sit across from the visitors bench. There are always some opposing fans behind that bench. 10% at most outside of the student section otherwise.

None anywhere near us in 102, thankfully, and no way there were more than 700-800 there. Absolutely hate that RU fans sell their tix to the enemy - would rather eat my tix if I can't go and have many times.

I can honestly say I never heard a single peep in favor of MSU from anywhere in the RAC the entire game

that was an amazingly quiet 1000 people

There were probably 15-20 MSU fans in 216, including a group of 6 right in front of us. They made noise for the first 8 seconds of the game. At the 3:30 mark in the 2nd half they got up and left - very, very quietly.

There are a LOT of MSU alumni in NJ. I wasn't surprised at the turnout.

I hear you. If we can't make it to a game and there are no takers in our circle of friends, family and co-workers, the tickets will go unused. Can't bring myself to sell to opposing fans.

MSU fans a non-issue in section 115.

Funny enough, I brought my wife to the game. She didn't even know who we were playing. I wore my RHJ T-shirt. She wore a green top, lol.
