Don't know about you guys, but I have enjoyed the past 4 or 5 years with Pike as the coach. We tried in the past with other coaches bringing in highly rated recruits and giving them playing time because of the stars they had. I stopped going to games towards the end of Mike Rosario's sophomore because I couldn't stand watching him play.
I trust what Pike is doing here. If Jones isn't seeing the court he doesn't deserve to see the court. Trust me...we don't want to see Pike be like Fred Hill or Eddie Jordan. I think this is clear as day, trust that Pike is doing the right thing.

Agreed. No one's success is more intimately affected by Pike's decisions than Pike himself.

Pikiell has been hiding Jones away for this moment. He is going to play him 30 minutes every game for the rest of the season, letting him be the savior that carries them to the tournament by scoring 40 points a night in the last nine games of the season.
Oskar is shooting 45.5% from 3 this year so I wouldn't say his shooting is awful.
Pike sees effort. Palmquist is trying out there, but he is just overmatched. He repeatedly attempts to draw charges showing effort and willingness to out his body on the line for the team.
He doesn't seem to fit at this level at any position though really. Would like to see Mag Hyatt or Jones getting those minutes
Mag got 22 minutes last night and scored only two free throws, although he did have 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal.
