This is one of those schools who should reconsider being in Division 1. I will put Saint Peters in there too. No interest from alumni. No interest from the nearby towns. No interest from students. Players played in front of bigger crowds in high school. Basically never on TV and no TV money. Just go Division 3–the “crowds” will be the same and you cut expenses. There is nothing wrong with Division 3.1-15
What happened in Teaneck/Hackensack this season?

Tom Green (1983-2009) was their Tom Young. 407-351 and 4 NCAA, 2 NIT appearances. They haven't been the same sinceYou’re probably right , although there was some local interest in FDU a few years ago when they made the tourney
They are never this bad. Young team?
Monmouth made huge investment into athletics and thus jumped to MAAC and now CAA. FDU - no such means or plan. Monmouth regional rivalries escalated to Rider and Iona.30 years ago there was a rivalry between FDU and Monmouth. Since then Monmouth had just rocketed past them in athletics.

I was there my 1st 2 years of school. They were an NCAA team a year earlier and played home games at the Rutherford campus back then. Small gym but would pack it. Moved to The Rothman Center On the Hackensack side of the river, the year after I transferred out, and have never drawn anything but flies up there. Crazy. Then again I think about 90% of the campus commutes.Tom Green (1983-2009) was their Tom Young. 407-351 and 4 NCAA, 2 NIT appearances. They haven't been the same since
