Don't like black generally especially with red numerals but the real problem is the Knight logo. It's not iconic or anything that anyone would really recognize. Would've preferred a block R or even the state of NJ image instead.
It's a nice looking uniform but I'm not a fan of the Knight logo. I'd rather see the block R instead.

Did you watch the video? Logo in front, block R on shorts and NJ on the back of the jersey.
The logo is very popular with the younger demographic, who are the future supporters of the program. No one cares what a bunch of old guys like us think.

Block Rs are on the shorts and that knight head is on a bunch of gear these days. I like them for a change of pace.

Nope just the opinion of someone that thinks the Scarlet Knights should wear Scarlet as the non white road uniform

These uniforms make us look like a school with no identity desperately chasing a trend shouting "Me too! Me too!" I'm not a fan of the Knight head logo. We have nice uniforms (in our actual colors); we should wear them and be happy.

Any team can wear black or white. Irrelevant
Are you against ALL alternate uniforms or only black ones?
Still think we should go with script red jerseys as an alternate next year.
The knight head is about as generic as they come. If adidas insists on having it on the uniform, swap it with the state silhouette.
Not a fan of chasing the fad of black uniforms but when you have a color in your nickname you should have that color be the non white uniform.
I wouldn’t say wearing black alternative uniforms is a fad. It’s been going on for 25 years. We wore black a lot when Geoff Billet was here in the nineties and everyone else has sported black too. The 98-99 uniforms might be my favorites. White, black and scarlet were all pretty sharp IMO. We wore black a lot then. But those also had white numbers and lettering which made them easy to see and a large dose of scarlet panel in the striping.
Hopefully a black out at the rac soon..maybe against another red team like Ohio State
This the knight developed during the Shea era. I liked them back then and still like them.
I could live with them for one game a year if they had our block R instead of the Knight logo. No one in America and few in New Jersey have any idea who that relates to. Probably hundreds of high schools have it. It is like when I see a fairly unknown college with a logo of a lions head, bulldog, eagles,wildcat, etc. and it doesn’t have the college name under it or wrapped around it. Hundreds of high schools and other colleges have those names so the logo means nothing.
You do realize that block R is on shorts and during the game they have who is playing with scores and time clock.
Pretty easy to figure out.
