As someone who never played basketball, I’m going to need someone to explain to me what a foul is. Cause half the time it looks to me a player with the ball out of control running into someone standing still with their hands in the air and it gets called on the defender 99% of the time and I just don’t get it

And the offensive player is allowed to elbow you in the chest
