It was about 50-50 for non-students wearing masks over their nose and mouth (certainly was that way in sec 104-106). Combine that with the 5 students I saw with masks and it was probably at least 60-40 unmasked (including chin diapers). Oh and some of the Jersey Mike’s execs were maskless. … just observing

But go ahead and congratulate yourselves and others for not adhering to the masking guidelines to help keep them (and their families, friends, and school mates) safe. And don't say they should stay home - maybe the people who can't or won't abide by the mask requirements should stay home.

Masks are required to reduce the spread of...wait for it...COVID (and they work to some extent, but not perfectly), hence that thread and this thread are about COVID and we're not supposed to have threads about COVID, yet it was ok for a mod to start one on COVID and now for another one to be started on COVID. smh.

I'd far rather have proof of vaccination with no masks for the RAC, but that's not what was decided. I can live with the mask requirement for everyone but the students, since one can't be sure who's vaccinated among the general public, but we know all the students are vaccinated - makes perfect sense to me. The only complaint I have is security not enforcing the masking well, as the general public all ought to be wearing masks.
