I'll admit.. I'm still having a hard time accepting, this is the way Pike will recruit. Next season atleast 60% of the roster- will be a bunch of players- who were destined for lower level conferences- if not for a Rutgers offer. Gonna find out real soon- if Pike is truly the smartest man in the room

It works until it doesn't. See Kansas State. That said it may be the correct strategy for a school like Rutgers
