What posts? Nothing found on Twitter for Piscataway flood or River Road flood.and according to posts it is a flood now.
this reminds me of the “can the ncaa Tourny be postponed” thread from 2020. All lots of laughing and making fun in that one too.
certainly not out of the question. Let’s hope not!

Ok so what does that mean? If Johnson Park gets flooded it’s not going to stop the game
also keep in mind this is a Thursday game.
no need to rush it. They have Friday, sat, sun even mon to play it.
think it’s extremely possible this game gets ppd
SOE = federal funding. It’s a no-brainer.State of emergency just declared for the state too. Doubftul it’s in effect tomorrow but this is much worse than thought
No thats not how it works
how what works?
This. They dont say ooh we have 4 days to play a game maybe we should postpone so more can attend
If the major roads in New Brunswick/Piscataway are not impacted or not flooded the game is played. What happens in the rest of the state isnt factored in

Those games can easily be relocated to high school campusesGuys, the game can not be moved to this weekend. Rumble on The Raritan is this weekend. 24 high school teams are playing in Rutgers Stadium starting Friday at 11:00.
Irrelevant, we’re talking catastrophic floodingGuys, the game can not be moved to this weekend. Rumble on The Raritan is this weekend. 24 high school teams are playing in Rutgers Stadium starting Friday at 11:00.
If I’m reading that correctly, the river is forecast to reach major flood stage prior to the game tomorrow. Which is not surprising at all. If true, then while the game might not be cancelled or postponed, it might force some serious shuffling by RU to route everybody to the high side of the stadium only, Might be various fire codes or other things that prevent the game.
Game will be played. Too many factors at work and Temple is right down the road, so travel isn’t an issue on either end. Rain moves out by midnight and preparations continue. I’ve already got two folding chairs in my trunk and there’s no turning back now.
This would be ahole #1 lol!The media has conditioned people to live and believe in fear! It raining OMG
Covid is their proof positive that this is the right approach
Turn the channel or talk to your kids!!!
Not sure why people are discounting the possibility... Obviously there is still a lot of time before the game and we've had plenty of bad storms before... But listening to the scanner now - 18 is flooded in multiple locations in EB, flooding in multiple locations in Highland Park, NB, and Edison, water rescues being made, etc...
Nothing to celebrate. You like to stoke anger and division as usual. Be Better. If Route 18 is flooded out tomorrow the game will most likely have to be moved. Not saying it’s going to happen but it’s not out of the question.
No one can say for certain what Route 18 will look like tomorrow. The rain is still coming down and more headed to NB.
Some people in this thread could really look like aholes by tomorrow lol.
Good point. Also keep in mind resources. Middlesex county cops. NB and Piscataway cops
if other portions of those areas are still flooded tomorrow..may take away the resources we need on gameday

15 hours things could be even worse.
You live down the shore - surely you’ve heard of high tide?
