Great that we have our own national TV Network. Sometimes I still think I am going to wake up and find out we are not actually in the Big Ten.

Imagine this bonanza living in MN. Was hoping for years we'd get into the Big Ten - didn't get to enjoy it much in the early years, but now with GS and Pike the B1G Network is a bit more enjoyable.

for those of you who have never seen the game, I would suggest you tune into the
Nova/RU bb game at 7 pm...

the last 5 minutes or so is a must

this had to be one of the craziest finishes in bb for RU...
I had my brother in law watch the last 3 minutes or so and he could not believe that we won the game.....

the only other game that rivals the finish, IMO, was the RU/Ohio 3 OT state game at MSG.....

I loved watching RU defeat SHU 76-70 in OT in the 2011 BET as well. It was nice seeing Gil Biruta, Dane Miller, Jonathan Mitchell, Austin Johnson, Robert Lumpkins, James Beatty etc once again.

Thankfully, for all of us blood pressure wise, they didnt show the game from the next day

I was at that Nova game. I re-watched the ending last night and I still can't believe we won. If I had not seen it in person, I would swear the game tape was altered.

I know a RU fan that turned it off when Nova hit their last three pointer to go back up by five with little time left

That’s the thing. If I was home, I definitely would have turned it off at that point. But being at the RAC with our diehards - sometimes you just feel that the place has something crazy or another miracle around the corner for you.

I wish they would replay the entire game as is sometime, not just the 60 minute version..... the full 2-3 hour version gives you a better sense of the excitement and, the four or five replays of the final basket, crowd reactions were very cool
