Season Ticket Renewal

I have now called the ticket office 3 times and of course I don't get a human but a machine; have left a message and have not have a returned call back; the reason I want to speak to a representative is because I want to increase my number of tickets
Any suggestions or does anyone have the number of their rep so I can call that person directly
