Football Stadiums

[AreYouNUTS]

There should never, ever ever ever, be NCAA games played in football stadiums again. It is ******* awful. I don’t wanna hear **** from anyone who isn’t here. Awful.

[superfan01]

It's been going on for 20 plus years. They don't care. It's an event. Not meant for spectator viewing

[Plum Street]

Yes not meant for fans .
Stop posting, more cheering , get it done

[AreYouNUTS]

We are in the second level, out of six, and we are good 50 yards from Centercourt. Maybe 75 yards.

Bankers Life was great. Site lines here are fine. But experience isn’t great. Hard to get chants going; hard to see who is here. The arena too isn’t built for BB. No team stats, etc. BL was awesome.

[Plum Street]

Who cares about the sight lines ? Where is young ??

To those who want big sterile NBA concrete arena on George Street:

Sight lines aren't as bad as they can be in a football stadium but the court is also in the endzone instead of midfield. Can't imagine how bad the latter is. Really hard to build up noise here compared to Friday

No excuses . Either the fans there get it done or not

How far are you from the court?

I think the Meadowlands was the last time they held it in an arena instead of a stadium?

Held what ?

Literally 75 yards from Centercourt in the second level.

Should have stayed at Kilroy’s if all your gonna do is post

[bac2therac]

Lol its a pandemic

Hopefully you're here helping out then.

Held what ?

Final Four.

[Plum Street]

Fans shouldn’t need any help

[Plum Street]

Final Four.

Yes final 4 last in meadowlands I believe.
Most of the early rounds in traditional basketball arenas. But sometimes football stadiums host regionals

[AreYouNUTS]

It’s absolutely impossible for the fans to be affective in a place like this. That’s my issue. Even if we had 10,000 people here it wouldn’t matter very much.

[AreYouNUTS]

Should have stayed at Kilroy’s if all your gonna do is post

You do realize that there are timeouts, right?

[koolraddad]

Football stadiums are only good for made for tv. Just to big. Being 25 % full doesn’t help either.

[RCLEO1]

Trust me, you guys are making a big difference. We can hear you at home and the team came off the court to raucous applause. You guys got this, it’s just like the Insight Bowl, or the NIT final in the Garden, will our team to succeed. Let’s do this!!! Go RU!!! And thank you to all the RU fans that travelled!

[RCLEO1]

The closer this game is in terms of points, the tighter Houston will get. That’s where you guys come in!!!

[WhichReligionIsRight]

My bizarro-world response. Saw RU in their first bowl under Schiano at the Diamondbacks field. Literally could not hear the RU band during halftime.

[knightfan7]

Held what ?

Final 4

[Plum Street]

Final 4

That’s right .
