they have talent there but not sure Indiana has the patience to not immediately win. Beilein would win but he would recruit a different type of player. Also age has to be a factor for Indiana too in looking at Beilein

Porter Moser of Loyola of Chicago wouldn’t be a bad choice, he’s hot now. But the step up in competition has to be considered
Dane Fife might be a good candidate, has HC experience at Purdue Fort Wayne ( 82-97 in 6 years) but only 41 and learning under Izzo can’t hurt.
Eric Musselman might be someone who could bring the Hoosiers back to glory
If Indiana could pull Scott Drew away from Baylor, he’d be the best choice in my opinion and being only 50 with the experience he has as Baylor’s HC a great hire.
But I doubt Baylor would let him go and would make him an offer to stay that would keep him in Waco

if the AD's job is on the line i would not be surprised to see Pitino. It would be a no brainer. you know you will be competing for national championships by year 3

Steven's can have just about any NBA or college job he wants. Would be a mistake for him to go to IU.

Nah, Indiana and the area around it are a lot more fertile grounds for recruiting BB players than Nebraska is for football. The right coach could definitely get it done at Indiana. Crean recruited good players, but couldn't handle game day.

Durham is not a point guard, he's a 2. That said, I'd take him because his shooting is lethal but he's originally from Georgia so I'm not sure RU is gonna be a player here.
A call to top donors must have come through for IU. Mark Cuban, perhaps...certainly has deep enough pockets to bankroll it.
