Game was immediately mucked up. Hard to defend with Johnson and Cliff on the bench for touch fouls and an Illinois march to the line while Cockburn throws elbows. Not that chucked 3s help, but RU was shooting 50-60% despite being 0-5 from 3 at one point - but the possession mismatch and Duke getting so many minutes was gamechanging.
On the bright side, how friggin bad is Indiana? We let them score 50 in 40 minutes last night. Illinois just put up 47 on us in 20 minutes.

Not too many fouls were bad calls, I’m talking about being exposed by a really good team. Our last few wins were teams losing and not us winning. We just don’t have the firepower to keep up with a really good team.

I am not sure avoiding playing Reiber the entire season just to throw him into this game so Cockburn can rip his head off and eat it is the best move.
