22-10, RU up end of 1st. Looking very good. Martino in. Diamond is just so smooth, especially as a frosh. She and Tekia have 7 each.
43-31 RU up at half. Feels like we should be up by 20. Arella still looks out of synch with her offense.
I think Sakima Walker is going to be a scary good center. She hasn't played today, not sure why. Anybody else know why she isn't playing?
Listening on the radio....they said Sakima is injured. Didn't hear how long she might be out.

Very solid win and some outstanding play by our starting 5. Welcome back ladies!
So many positives to say. Huge win with so many players out. Tekia was just a warrior out there, 26 pts, and played all 40 minutes. Her defense was superb as well Arella is still a concern with her shooting way off. Was 5-21 today, ouch.
Diamond, looks like a Cappie/Matee/Tasha guard. She is just so smooth as a frosh. Many more positives, just look at the box.

Pretty amazing performance given the layoff; and quite fascinating to have our last game and first game back be against the same team in Nebraska. To score 78pts, shoot 49% from the field, 40% from 3-pt, and have only 10 turnovers after the team's layoff is impressive.
T-Baby was spectacular today, maybe her best offensive performance ever as a Scarlet Knight, plus her usual tenacious defense.
Diamond is just so smooth, so in control for a freshman. When she shoots I expect it to go in.
Singleton should look to score more but man was she a beast on the boards today--11 rebounds going up against some real bigs for Nebraska.
I'm just going to assume Arella can't shoot against Nebraska but can shoot against (literally) everyone else. Even with 5-21 from the field, she didn't seem like she was forcing much, was playing within the offense, and had 6 assists to just one turnover.
Mael had a quieter stat sheet but was instrumental in everything the team does, particularly on defense. She is a GLUE player.
Disappointing that Zippy is still injured, hope we can get an update. She was having a great season before injury. Hope CVS can have a bit more confidence in bench, though given the layoff, understand her going with the starters.

Just did some quick math, and Arella is shooting 17.7% from the field in her two games against Nebraska, and 45% from the field versus everyone else.
Hoping this is just a bizarre one team aberration!
In the post game press conference Coach Stringer said zippy could be returning to practice tomorrow
I thought she said Sakima Walker was returning tomorrow. (Just listened again and she did say Sakima ).
