If you haven't already, I recommend trying it fresh. Aging it smooths it out, but those added flavors fade over time, so you might like it even more without aging it. I only age beers that don't have any adjunct flavors and aren't barrel-aged because I don't want to lose those characteristics over time.
I have not tried the regular Bomb fresh, but I have tried there Christmas Bomb fresh and you can deff pick up more of the characteristics of the flavors. I know the coffee and stouts with coconut flavors deff fade when aging. Looking forward to the 2020 Christmas Bomb.
Bomb, Christmas Bomb and Birthday Bomb have been great. If you like those, you should try Perennial Abraxas, if you haven't already.

Does the Crabs Claw in Lavallette still exist with their 100 beer club for a free T shirt ?

Haven't been down thataways for awhile.

Tommy Morton from Manasquan once did the 100 in 3 days for his T shirt.

He said the first day was the hardest as he was drinking all the dark beers.

Michigan didn’t invent old-fashioned fudge, but it was perfected here. We pay tribute to this time-honored tradition with KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge. By amplifying the rich chocolate notes of KBS using Mackinac Fudge coffee, then adding maple syrup and aging it in oak bourbon barrels, we’ve created a bold new take on our barrel-aged classic – one that could only have originated in Michigan.

WOW WOW WOW:

So, how is this, and where did you find it?
Asking, since my favorite wheat beer ever was Oberdorfer, which isn't made anymore. I see the usual fare in the stores, but have been looking for something new to try.

I've had it here for a year or so never drank it until now

I think I bought at Joe Canals across from Quaker Bridge Mall

This is the BEST wheat beer (Rated #1):

I haven't been there since COVID but as of last year, yes they do

Stopped in for a flight at Jersey Cyclone yesterday before the basketball game, best beer was Nightfall, the robust porter. Delicious. Went to the Greene Turtle for the game and had the Brix City Same Same but Different, a great DIPA.

Posted in the NJ brew thread. Tried SOMA IPA (South Orange Maplewood brewing company). Thought it was legit. second best IPA I tried this year. Jai Alai from Cigar City with a slight edge.
Close friend of mine is heading up their distribution now. He hooked me up with some of their Reservation IPA. It was really good. I am a big Kane fan. SOMA is not quite as hop-forward, but really good as well. Highly recommend it. I grew up in Maplewood and like to support the NJ brewers, so all the better.
