That’s because they don’t teach d. They play the stupid 1-2-2 d and hope you turn it over in the backcourt . After that you can get whatever you want on them . They are slow and Garza is horrible on d except he never gets called for fouls
Jacob and Montez will literally shred their d and get into the paint as will. The question will be if we can get enough stops against them
I think the bigger question is will we finish when we get near the rim and will we draw fouls. Too often we shy away from contact inside the paint, especially Myles, who does a fade-jump-hook rather than going straight up and occasionally drawing contact.
Down goes Iowa. Don't sleep on Little Ricky's team. I like them better than Northwestern as the surprise team in the league

I also thought Carr walked throwing both feet behind the arc on that three. Iowa let it slip away. They had gone up by 8 in regulation near the end and still led I believe by 7 with 45 seconds left. Thompson the grad transfer was in the zone with 4 threes in the OT. The Iowa PG had 2 points and made 4 straight free throws for 6 points total but than made only 1 of 4 free throws all in the very end of regulation.
