what a pillow fight that was. cute.
Hofstra is better than both.
shoe isn't good, but in their overrated league of nova and the 9 dwarfs they'll finish in the upper half.

big east has 11 teams now, so you should say "nova and the 10 dwarfs"

oh also, seton hall would handle rutgers no problem.

Iona is in for a tough year -- lost 80% of scoring from a 12-17 team -- great challenge for Pitino -- it will be interesting to see how they do against Hofstra in a few days

Werent they supposed to do that last year and then it resulted in an early 25 point lead, your “star” player faking a concussion and an absolute mopping of the floor with the rest of the vagabonds?

Haha I know he is. And as I've admitted, I grew up a huge SHU fan, I mean huge. Went to every game and Louie Orr knew me by name. Its something my friends from my hometown still rip me for today since I now am the anti-Hall guy and all RU since going to RU. Just couldnt apply to SHU, I dont say this as a shot at SHU but more as a matter of fact, the place is a dump and theres no student life there

That's true for some people that were raised to be a certain fan or have a connection to the program. However, at some point, either because you went to school at Rutgers or chose to root for Rutgers, you pick sides which you did. It's just weird for a grown man like Proud to root for both teams; very strange.

Iona has a long way too go. They had 21 turnovers and often looked out of sort. Providence got hammered big time by Indiana on a neutral site yesterday. Villanova got beat by Virginia Tech a couple days ago. These SHU fans that keep mocking on the BIg 10 better worry about their own league. The BIG now has # 3,4,5 & 8 in yesterdays AP poll and 7 in the Top 25. Four BIG teams are now rated above Creighton and Villanova. They just don't see it. Providence was picked third in the Big East!

The big east is trash. Outside of nova look at what the conference has done since the the real big east dissolved. Its been uggglyyyyy. Its a little mans league. They cant bang, plain and simple
