Just like men at 56 it gets a bunch harder to stay looking attractive. Thank god my command has a great gym and I have a thread-mill and a Peloton at home. It’s just not easy unless you really watch what you eat strictly and of course burn calories and lift weights. The average American is a fat slob as we all know most Americans are obese. Sleep of course is important but as far I’m concerned I’ve been on my run the last three years to maximize my pension. I will sleep later.

No doubt but Salma Hayek being 54 is insane. She looks(that was a good call by RutgersMO) really good without makeup. So does Jennifer Lopez. I am 35 and she is one case where I wouldn't care about the age difference Ha

Age ... we fawn too much over age... many great looking older women and good looking older guys... you just may have to work at it a little more ...don’t laugh at this statement but there are some very beautiful , sexy over 65 women around...truth be told if you want to know what the wife or girlfriend will look like at 55-65-70 ... try to see what mom looked like... not always a true barometer I suppose in all cases... same with men ...
