Always that chance. I certainly was not a fan but I will remain respectful for sure.Yep, sad.
This thread will go sideways at some point
How come?Always that chance. I certainly was not a fan but I will remain respectful for sure.
He was sick with this for a while, wasn't he?
Like I said I'm gonna remain respectful althought I can well recall the comments by some who will remain unamed when someone on the left politically passed. How come?
I could see not agreeing with his politics but the man had some life.
So politics. Got it.Like I said I'm gonna remain respectful althought I can well recall the comments by some who will remain unamed when someone on the left politically passed.
Out of respect to all . Who on the list were these people that you speak of. Are we talking during this pandemic or in years gone by?Like I said I'm gonna remain respectful althought I can well recall the comments by some who will remain unamed when someone on the left politically passed.
Yep. Most recently when Senator Lautenburg passed you would have thought it was like the boogie man had been silenced on the now defunct "current events" board. So politics. Got it.
If I had to guess, one lives in California.Out of respect to all . Who on the list were these people that you speak of. Are we talking during this pandemic or in years gone by?
That guy like Herman Cain did great things with his life. Same with John Lewis.Yep. Most recently when Senator Lautenburg passed you would have thought it was like the boogie man had been silenced on the now defunct "current events" board.
The guy died in what 2013 and you still are upset about it...they guy was 89 and in his 5 th term... there were in his own party people who were glad . Why were they glad ? So some poor schmuck could have a chance. After 80 everyone should have mandatory retirement. Politicians and judges are the biggest abusers of overstaying their value. It’s a power trip for ALL of them.Yep. Most recently when Senator Lautenburg passed you would have thought it was like the boogie man had been silenced on the now defunct "current events" board.
+1Real American! RIP!
Hahaha, that’s a heavy chip he’s been carrying! The guy died in what 2013 and you still are upset about it...they guy was 89 and in his 5 th term... there were his own party people who were glad . RIP. Prior to entering politics, he had a very impressive resume:
Herman J Cain (December 13, 1945 – July 2020) was an American business executive, syndicated columnist, and Tea Party activist. Cain grew up in Georgia and graduated from Morehouse College with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. He then graduated with a master's degree in computer science at Purdue University, while also working full-time for the U.S. Department of the Navy. In 1977, he joined the Pillsbury Company where he later became vice president. During the 1980s, Cain's success as a business executive at Burger King prompted Pillsbury to appoint him as chairman and CEO of Godfather's Pizza, in which capacity he served from 1986 to 1996.
Here is a great clip of him schooling Pres. Clinton on how the proposed healthcare plan would not work for the food industry:
Who said I was upset about it? It's what I've come to expect from your faction. If I was of a like mind I might have torn into Cain in a similar fashionThe guy died in what 2013 and you still are upset about it...they guy was 89 and in his 5 th term... there were in his own party people who were glad . I do not understand your point, e5fdny. Would not the choices one makes factor into your judgement of them, maybe over all else? Or am I overlooking your meaning? So politics. Got it.
What faction ? Your first sentence clearly dripped with anger and scorn .Why because “ your guy” was sent off with ridicule from some. It wasn’t me and I will temper what I should tell you about Frank... and much that went in and still goes on in this state I reside in. Unless you know the actual games that were played and deals which were made don’t tell me about my faction.Who said I was upset about it? It's what I've come to expect from your faction. If I was of a like mind I might have torn into Cain in a similar fashion
Look what I said later on in the thread.I do not understand your point, e5fdny. Would not the choices one makes factor into your judgement of them, maybe over all else? Or am I overlooking your meaning?
That's a given whenever there's something classless going on.If I had to guess, one lives in California.

There were many who did not like Lautenberg. On both sides. Frank was a smoozer of the first kind. I didn’t say anything bad about the guy but Frank was a manipulator and he lasted 5 terms.people “ like me”... you don’t know me... and what I said was true... I liked Herman Cain and sorry if it hurts... there were some in his party who finally felt free.I think Dave might have been referring to people like you who appear to navigate EVERYTHING they do and say based on their political leanings. For instance, you just praised Cain and his passing and made up some story about how people were glad Lautenberg died in the same thread.
Rest in Peace Herman Cain.
Says the angry turning an American hero’s death into a triggered rant. Per usual. That's a given whenever there's something classless going on.
