I've seen other old movies/games that were "digitally remastered". I don't know what's involved in that process though, or if it's even possible.
You would think that New Jersey Network, being a public agency, would have kept tapes of all the State University basketball and football games.
My 31-year-old VHS tape is way better than the crap-quality footage BTN airs... and I get to watch a mustached Chris Berman host Sportscenter after the game. [roll]
This was a great, entertaining game. However, I don't think RU wants BTN highlighting anything that involved Mike Rice.
I want to see that game, wasn’t Bradley Beal on that team. Anyway I could watch it?

Surprisingly, this RU/UF game from 2000 is on YouTube, but not our win at the RAC. My brother and I attended that 2000 game in Gainesville. It was a competitive game until UF pulled away at the end. Todd Billett was awful. If he played his usual game, we could have won. Jeff Greer was awesome.
Before the game, while walking to O'Connell Center after eating breakfast at local eatery, a tall guy behind us yelled, "Hey, Rutgers fans!" (We were wearing RU garb.) He wanted a quick rundown of RU's team strengths and weaknesses. He added, "Don't bother telling me about Billett. I know all about him. He shoots too much. My son played with him in AAU ball." It was Matt Bonner's father.

Florida game at the RAC was great, won the game on my birthday. Great present.
I'm sure there are rights/costs issues but it bears repeating that BTN has done a pretty piss poor job of expanding their library of Rutgers "classics." in the nearly 7 1/2 years that have gone by since 11/20/2012.
True . But we also have done a piss poor job of getting “classic” wins since 11/20/12. Or any type of wins for that matter .
No Mike Rice games, yet BTN will air games that Paterno coached, because F’N Paterno was only a 30+ year pedophilia-enabler.
I have virtually every televised win on DVD/Digital from the past 30 or so years, and a few beyond that.
